We do not offer refunds on products purchased. We do not offer refunds on quarterly subscriptions. If you choose an annual option and decide after a few months it’s not for you, we prorate a refund at the Quarterly rate (NOT the annualized monthly rate) as that is a savings passed on to you for committing for the year. When you purchase a DVD, you will receive a streaming version – no physical product will be shipped.
